THE BELLY RUB: comments i came so much it was crazy This is the techique that I have used for 35+ years. I find it easier and very satisfying and quick and easy to get relief. I do not undersatnd why this method is not used more I have been using this meathod for 40 years and find it the most pleasurable and easiest way.
