READER TIP
- Take a leather or cloth (smooth or woven) belt and place it beside you.
- Begin stroking your penis with your hand to obtain a full erection.
- Wrap the belt around the base of your penis, and criss-cross on the underside of your penis (across your balls).
- Pull the belt so that it creates a little pressure on your balls and pulls your penis straight up and down (or slightly toward your feet.)
- Put the excess of the belt underneath you between your butt cheeks, and lie directly on it with your lower back.
- At this point, your penis should be erect and standing straight up, supported by the belt. You should feel reasonable pressure as the belt criss-crosses your balls.
- Begin stroking your penis at the top, while gently pulling it toward your chest. Use your lower back as a counter-weight. This will cause a gentle pumping sensation on your balls.
- As you get closer to ejaculation, pump the head of your penis closer and closer to create more of a pumping sensation. As your balls tighten, you may want to adjust the belt to a comfortable pressure.
