However, you may be concerned about something that's entirely normal. Here are a few conditions that are usually nothing to worry about: • One testicle is larger than the other (actually, this is the case for most males) • The erect penis curves slightly (few penises are perfectly straight) • There are bumps on the penis surface (this is very common, particularly for teens) • There is a darker-colored ring or spots on the penis (again, very common) • Occasionally there's a bit of blood in the semen • The semen is yellowish, brownish, or has a lumpy consistency • An occasional twinge of pain in a testicle If a medical-type problem persists or is really worrying you, you really should consult a medical doctor.
