(in humor) 1) anal stimulation is not a person, therefore it cannot have a sexual orientation.
(serious) 2) humans naturally have many nerve endings in such areas around the anus, and therefore, those areas are highly sensitive. Although in your case, maybe you're not as used to such stimulation/not as sensitive, or maybe (with no offense to you at all, but just basing off the way you typed) you're just not completely open-minded with the idea yet, and because you feel that it might be "gay", your body is subconsciously rejecting any feelings/stimulation.
