I have been practicing several similar techniques for some time. I usually do this in the shower with the water temperature set to cool so that my scrotum tightens up. This allows me to retract my testicles, which makes for easier scrotal stimulation. Once I have a good erection, I use my favored hand only to hold my penis in place -- not to rub at all. With lubricant on my scrotum, I use my off hand to stimulate it, usually with my middle finger. It usually takes some time before I start to feel that this is moving me toward orgasm, but once it starts, each stroke makes my scrotum tingle. And the orgasm seems to happen in slow motion, starting from very far away, and then growing in intensity until my penis is on fire with joy and my toes are curling. And the orgasm continues both during and a little while after ejaculation (for me, many masturbation techniques result in an orgasm that ends just when ejaculation starts -- this method is a delightful exception to that). I have found that I can achieve similar response stimulating my perineum instead of my scrotum. This has the added delight of being able to feel (with my finger against my perineum) the contractions of the muscles that propel the semen out. It is surprising each time I use these methods that I can get such intense penile pleasure with hardly any direct stimulation of my penis at all.

I tried this the other night and it was great! Lube up and squeeze the base of your shaft, just above the scrotum. Now start stroking that area, try not to move up the shaft towards the head. Soon your shaft will feel thick and the head will turn bright red. I actually 'shot' semen from this method, and my body convulsed, AMAZING! As I concentrated stroking the base of my shaft the head turned swollen and red. My penis had never felt so large before, and when I came I actually shot my semen, my whole body convulsed too. This is great, and without stimulating the head you can go at it again soon after!
