Usually when I masturbate I go at it for 10 or 20 minutes, and either nothing happens or I have to urinate. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't know. There seems to be a small percentage of males who have serious problems masturbating to orgasm. This isn't a serious problem in itself, but it suggests you might have problems with completing intercourse later on, and we suggest you continue to work at it through masturbation.
