But for some reason nobody says anything about whether eating your own semen could be dangerous. To clear it all up, can you PLEASE tell me whether you can get any sickness, illness, or disease from eating it? One of my friends got scabies (the bugs that crawl inside your body and make you itch real bad) because she didn't wash her hands before she ate. Can I get scabies from eating my own semen, or any related type of illness?

You cannot catch any sexually transmitted diseases from ingesting your own semen. Think about it for a second – if the fluid has come out of your body, that means any STD that's in the fluid has already been in your body, right? So how could eating it cause you to catch anything? The only way you can catch a disease from eating semen is if it's from someone else, or if the virus (or whatever) somehow got into the semen between the time it was ejaculated and the time it was eaten. It is possible to get sick from ingesting other things from your body (most notably feces – yuck), but this doesn't apply to semen. In your friend's case, the scabies came from outside her body. You cannot catch scabies from yourself.
