Certainly not penis size – there's simply no connection – and doubtfully testicle size. A number of organs are responsible for secreting the various fluids that make up semen, and most of them are hidden within the body. Even with any given organ, its size and its productivity are not necessarily proportional – you could have a small prostate that secretes lots of prostatic fluid, for example, and that would result in a larger volume of semen.
