Will losing one testicle affect how much semen I produce? Also, my health teacher said that every normal man has one testicle filled with "female" sperm (for a girl baby) and one with "male" sperm in it (for a boy baby) – is this true?

I don't know where your health teacher is getting their facts, but they shouldn't be teaching a health class if they're giving out such wrong information. "X" sperm (which contributes toward creating a girl) and "Y" sperm (for a boy) are produced in near equal numbers by both testes and are randomly mixed in semen. Each testicle is capable of producing many millions of sperm cells each day, so assuming your remaining testicle is normal, fertility should not be an issue. Regarding your first question, remember that many more parts of the male reproductive system besides the testes are involved in making the various semen components, so your ejaculate volume probably is not all that different than if you had two normal testes.
