You'll find that if you continue to masturbate the way you're doing, those abrasions won't heal very quickly. So, first of all, try not to masturbate so much for a while. Second, use a lubrication! No-lube masturbation is the surest way to give your penis a friction burn (ouch). We recommend a water-based lube like K-Y Jelly, although some people like to use things like baby oil or Vaseline. (Don't use such oil-based lubricants with a condom – the condom will weaken and could break.) Hand lotion is another favorite. Third, when you're done masturbating, wash off your penis and apply a first-aid ointment or zinc oxide. It will heal before long. But continue to use that lube!
