This varies a lot from person to person – probably even more than the size. For some people, the erect penis juts out from the body at a downward angle; for others, even when they're standing, it's flat against their stomach. Or, naturally, any position in between. It can also angle to the left or right somewhat. Regardless of the angle, you'll notice that it can still move around.
