For when you're masturbating with a partner.
Sometimes, even if you have a partner, you don't want to have full-on sex. In that case, some form of "mutual masturbation" – where two people manually pleasure each other – may be in order. Most of these techniques are non-gender-specific.
Boy-Girl Mutual Satisfaction
Lie on top of your partner with your penis already erect. Either of you can take hold of your penis, but it seems more erotic if it's the woman. With her legs spread beneath you and her natural lubrication present, have her masturbate you, making sure your penis head rubs against her clitoris. This technique gives a good way to orgasm for both partners, as both the sensation and the idea are highly arousing. However, you do need to prop yourself up to give the woman enough room to successfully rub you. NOTE: While unlikely, it is possible to get a girl pregnant using this technique. Be careful where your penis goes – especially if you "ooze" a lot before ejaculation – and ejaculate well away from her genitals.
Non-Mutual
Both partners masturbate themselves at the same time in each other's presence. It doesn't really matter who orgasms when.
One Way Mutual
One person masturbates the other, who just lies back and enjoys it. They can then switch duties. A downside to this is if they're doing it to orgasm, one person must orgasm first and therefore won't be as interested in helping the second person to orgasm.
Standard Mutual
Both partners lie on their backs or slightly facing each other, and they masturbate each other simultaneously. If both are right-handed (or left-handed), one will either have to use a Backhand grip – which can be awkward – or use the other hand (which can be awkward, too). If there's orgasm, ideally both achieve it together; the timing required to do this can be difficult to master.
Top/Bottom Mutual
One person gets over the other, and they masturbate each other face to face. This is more intense than Standard Mutual, because it more closely simulates intercourse-style contact (which may or may not be desirable).
Top/Bottom "Vagina"
If the "top" person is male, he can ask the bottom person to hold their hand still while he thrusts into it. This simulates intercourse-style sex even closer. Note: In any of these "Top/Bottom" positions, if the top person wants to go all the way to ejaculation, he should get the permission of the bottom person – for obvious reasons!
69 Mutual
In a variation on the classic "69" sex position, the two partners face in opposite directions and masturbate each other. Try this in imaginative combinations with the "Vagina" principle above.
